About
I'm Dr Chris
I’m a career technology professional focused on helping organizations successfully adopt new technology. In my current role I help very large organizations implementing software defined datacenters. In my twenty-five years working in technology, I’ve spent time as a consultant, an architect and an engineer. I’ve spent multi-year engagements in the financial industry, pharmaceutical, healthcare and technology service companies. My academic experience is long and varied, but my PhD research focused on factors that influence the adoption of innovative technologies.

Outcome Focused Delivery
Technology solutions are awash with tools and techniques specific to vendor products but what drives business outcomes are an understanding of the entire system, how it operates within the context of the business, and what we can measure to inform change that supports an innovation. The tools we use are just details about how we chose to implement. A new innovation doesn’t need to have every complexity planned out of it before a pilot or even an implementation gets started, but the ability to describe value in terms that various parts of the business relate to increases the likelihood of realizing the intended outcome.
